PARTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED
W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. will replace and install any of the following parts as they become defective through normal use:
Fan Belt - Fan - Fan Motor Max. 1/3 h.p. Single Speed Belt Drive or 1/3 h.p. Direct Drive - Combination Fan/Limit Control - Pulley - Nozzle - Burner Fan
& Airgate Cad Cell & Harness Ignition Transformer - Blast tube & End Cone - $100.00 Discount off Combustion Chamber Installation - Burner Motor Max
1/7 h.p. 1725 or 3450 r.p.m. - Standard Heating Thermostat - Oil Pump & Couplings - Oil Filter & Cartridge - Primary Control - Electrode Assembly
We will provide an annual conditioning including cleaning and inspection of the furnace to ensure safe, proper performance. It is the responsibility of the
customer to ensure that this annual conditioning is scheduled each spring. This work is to be done during normal working hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday. We will provide emergency service as required. Air conditioner calls are not covered. Boiler coverage relates only to the oil burner.
W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. warrant that all services provided under this plan will be performed in a skilled and workmanlike manner in accordance with
applicable code. We retain the right to determine whether any parts should be repaired or replaced for the proper, safe and efficient operation of the unit,
and whether a new or rebuilt part will be used.

Equipment over 150,000 BTU - Environmental Compliance Fees & Fuel Surcharges are extra.
Service not covered by this plan will be charged at our hourly rate per call, parts extra, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Service
after hours, Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays will be charged at special off peak rates. The difference in the cost of a fan motor of greater capacity
than above will be charged to your account. We reserve the right to charge our usual hour rate for travel time to homes more than 50km from our office
locations. We will not cover any change, replacement, upgrade or repair required by Municipal, Provincial or Federal bylaw or statute.

We reserve the right to have the heating equipment inspected by our representative within 30 days of this application to determine that the furnace is
insurable. We are not responsible for any damage, parts or service required due to flood, fire, tampering, acts of God, leaking oil tanks, furnace failure,
impassable roads or any other cause whether or not of like nature beyond W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd.'s reasonable control. The customer shall notify
W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. immediately of any service to or alteration of the unit not done by our service department, any malfunction of the unit and any use
of heating oil other than that delivered by W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. The obligations of W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. cease when heating oil for the furnace is not
purchased from us. This plan is automatically renewed annually at the annual rate set by W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. and is subject to change.
Either W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. or the customer may cancel this plan by giving the other party thirty days written notice. Premiums paid are not refundable.
This plan cancels and supersedes all previous agreements.
